- Sign into Comergence and complete the VA sponsorship form.
- Click on “Resources” on the top menu bar and then select “Pay for your VA Sponsorship”.

We send all disclosures, including state compliance disclosures.
Can borrowers make online or phone payments?
Yes and yes, borrowers can make payments online and over the phone. Have them reach out to [email protected].
How do I add users to the broker portal?
You can have your company admin create logins for you, or you can reach out to your account executive.
How can I check my broker approval status?
Check your Comergence account or contact your account executive.
What documents are needed for my broker renewal?
Year-to-date financial statements (a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement) and the renewal questionnaire, which is in Comergence.
What does “Renewal Suspend” mean in Comergence?
The 60-day window to submit your renewal documents has expired and the renewal must be relaunched. Contact your account executive.
